I have emailed them so many times, tried contacting potential email addresses, the number for merchant is PayPal’s number, and merchant name on receipt is unfindable on internet—it is like a ghost company. I loved my bedside bassinet, thru Amazon, wanted replacement music box, finally find one and saved enough —as a single mom, $29 is a lot…I’m so heartbroken, wanted it so badly! Don’t trust them.

Music box comes with a connection for toy stick you can't buy. Why ? Useless.
